Description
- SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the day-to-day supervision of CASACs within the various OASAS programs, including Morning Star Community, SCO Clinic and Child and Family Treatment Support Services.
- Provide on-site supervision, corrective feedback, and support to all CASAC team members.
- Facilitate communication between clinical teams and residential teams regarding substance use disorders.
- Assist with scheduling, progressive discipline, incident, and crisis management, including incident reporting.
- Participate in case reviews, as needed, to assess & / or support the SUD service needs of clients.
- Facilitate individual, group and family counseling within the outpatient SUD clinic.
- Coordinate and facilitate prevention education groups in the various OASAS programs using evidence-based practices.
- Assist leadership with the overall development and growth of the OASAS services on campus.
- Narcan training for employees as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
